Dance Cities in France

France has 14 cities with Latin dance events: Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba & Zouk.

France has 53 weekly Latin dance events spread across 14 cities. Paris carries the scene with 29 of them, more than half the national total. Marseille and Lyon follow with 4 events each, Bordeaux has 3, and the remaining cities each hold one or two regular nights. Wednesday is the busiest dance night across the country.

Bachata is the most common style with 34 weekly events, and salsa is right behind at 33. Kizomba appears at 18 events and zouk at 9; the counts overlap because many events cover more than one style. Six festivals are on the 2026 calendar, including Festival Tempo Latino at the end of July and the Paris Kizomba Congress in November. Pick a city below to see its full weekly schedule.
