About this Festival

MotionCITY 2026 is a Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba festival in Birmingham, United Kingdom (3 days).

►Workshops with international Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba instructors for all levels
►3 nights of social dancing with world-class DJs
►Live shows and performances

● Fri: casual smart theme, evening classes, opening shows and parties in 3 or 4 rooms; shows at 11:30pm
● Sat: Dress 2 Impress theme, evening classes, shows, live band night, parties in up to 4 rooms; show times 5:30pm matinee and 10:15pm evening
● Sun: All White themed party night, evening classes, shows, parties in up to 4 rooms
● Up to 5 workshop areas and 4 party rooms: Mambo-Motion (Salsa/Mambo/Cha Cha Cha), Havana-City (Cuban), Bachata-City (Bachata/Sensual), Kizomba-City (Kizomba/Semba/Afro-Beats)
● Over 20 showcases across the weekend from national and international dancers
● Live band on Saturday night from one of the UK's leading bands
