About the instructor
Lorenz Dance Company is the performance and teaching team of Lorenz Latin Dance Studio, described on its own site as the premier and largest Salsa and Latin dance studio in New York City, with three locations in Glendale, Manhattan, and Nassau. The studio teaches New York style Salsa On2 alongside Bachata, Cha Cha, and Merengue, and its teams, including Ladies of Lorenz and Diestros de Lorenz, perform at the Boston Salsa Festival. At the Boston Salsa Festival 2026 at the Westin Waltham Boston in Waltham, Massachusetts, Lorenz Dance Company leads an intermediate workshop on NYC On2 style shines and partnering.
