About the duo
Sindi and Denis are a Vilnius-based bachata dance couple and the founders and hosts of the Lithuania Bachata Festival, an international event held in Vilnius Old Town. Sindi Niauraite has taught and performed bachata in more than 70 countries and is recognized as one of the world's leading female bachata dancers, with a background in ballet and Latin dance from early childhood and a Golden Buzzer from Lithuania's Got Talent. As artists and organizers, Sindi and Denis teach workshops and perform at the festival, which brings international and national bachata artists to the Lithuanian capital for a weekend of workshops, performances, and social dancing. The duo also teaches bachata and salsa internationally, including guest classes in the UK.
