Salsa in Lisbon
Portugal
Salsa in Lisbon runs seven weekly socials across seven venues. Sunday and Saturday are the busiest days with two parties each. Monday, Thursday and Friday add a night at a time, so you can dance five days out of seven. Socials happen in dance studios and Latin bars, with a few open-air sessions in city parks during warm months. Bachata is bigger here, with 10 events a week, and kizomba matches salsa at seven, so many nights and floors mix these styles. Expect Cuban and cross-body salsa depending on the room. Coming alone is normal, and dancers rotate partners from the start.
