Salsa in Oslo runs five nights a week, and all five are weekly socials across five venues. Tuesday is the busiest night with two parties. Sunday, Monday and Friday each add one more, so you can dance four days out of seven, with a strong start to the week. Most socials happen in cultural houses, cafes and community halls around the center rather than large clubs, so the rooms stay friendly and easy to join. Salsa shares the floor with bachata, which runs four events a week, and one kizomba night rounds out the mix. Coming alone is normal, and locals rotate partners from the first song.
