Zouk in London runs three nights a week, and all three are weekly socials. The busiest night is Monday, with more dancing on Tuesday and Friday. So you can dance zouk three days out of seven, spread across the week rather than only the weekend. The scene is small and mostly runs inside bars and social venues in central London. Zouk shares the city with a larger salsa and bachata crowd (seven events each), plus a kizomba night or two, so dancers often cross between styles. Nights lean toward Brazilian zouk, with partner rotation as the norm. Coming alone is common, and the smaller floors make it easy to meet the regulars fast.
