Zouk in Stockholm runs three weekly socials, all of them regular parties you can plan around. Friday is the strongest night with two events, and Thursday adds one more. That gives you two dance nights each week to choose from. Most zouk here happens in dance studios rather than bars, so the focus is on floor space and connection over drinks. The scene is smaller than salsa and bachata, which each run seven events a week in the city, so zoukers often cross over to those nights too. Coming alone is fine, and dancers rotate partners in the usual social way.
