Salsa in Barcelona runs all seven nights, with 14 weekly socials to choose from. Sunday is the busiest night with 3 parties, and Friday and Saturday match it with 3 each. Even Monday and Tuesday have a social, so you can dance any day of the week here. Most nights happen in salsa clubs and Cuban-style bars, several of them around Gracia and the city center. The scene leans Cuban and casino-style, though on1 nights also run. Bachata is just as strong, with 15 events in the same city, and many floors mix both styles. Coming alone is normal, and locals rotate partners from the first song.
