Salsa in Thailand
Discover Salsa dancing events across 6 cities in Thailand
Salsa in Thailand spreads across Bangkok and the islands. The country runs 21 weekly events in six cities, led by Bangkok, with beach scenes in Koh Samui, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Koh Phangan. Friday is the strongest night, and you can find a social most days from Sunday to Saturday. Wednesday and Saturday are also busy. Most floors mix styles, so bachata (21 weekly events) and kizomba (17) share the same nights as salsa. Zouk stays small. Scenes are traveler-friendly, and coming alone is normal. If you want a bigger event, Salsa Bachata Temptation Asia lands in Bangkok in September. Check the festival calendar below for dates across the year.
