Salsa in Phuket runs four weekly socials across four venues. Friday is the busiest night with two parties, then Tuesday and Saturday add one each. That gives you three nights of dancing out of the week. Most events happen around Rawai and Chalong in the south, where the expat and travel crowd gathers. The scene is small and social. Bars and casual restaurant floors host the parties, not big clubs, so the mood stays friendly and easy to join. Bachata shares the same nights with four events, and kizomba adds two, so many floors mix styles in one evening. Coming alone works fine here; the crowd is used to visitors and partners rotate from the first song.
